Description
This project involves the installation of a new 5-foot wide and 4-inch thick concrete sidewalk along the west side of Dyer Street, from Martin Luther King Boulevard to Aberdeen Street, at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. The scope of work also includes the installation of new curb and gutter where it does not currently exist, and replacement of existing curb and gutter in specified areas. Additionally, new ADA ramps will be installed at all intersections, and existing signage will be removed and relocated as necessary to accommodate the new sidewalk. The period of performance is estimated to be 90 calendar days after a Notice to Proceed is issued, with a total period not exceeding 120 calendar days including pre-construction activities. The solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
