Description
This solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide cultural resource services. The contract will cover Level/Class I, II, and III cultural resource inventories, site condition assessments, site evaluations, and systematic subsurface shovel testing. Work will be performed across the Black Hills National Forest (South Dakota and Wyoming), the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forests and Thunder Basin National Grasslands (Colorado and Wyoming), and the Nebraska National Forests and Grasslands (Nebraska and South Dakota). The contract will have a base period and four one-year option periods, totaling five years. The services are required to comply with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and other relevant legislation. The contract will primarily support vegetation management, timber sales, road construction, and other land management projects.
