Description
The Portland VA Medical Center requires a service contract for the maintenance and repair of critical Belimed sterilization equipment. This includes three steam sterilizers, two clean steam generators, four washer/disinfectors, and one cart washer. The contract will cover scheduled and corrective maintenance, including quarterly steam chamber cleanings for the steam sterilizers. Services are to be performed by an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) trained technician, with 24/7 customer support and priority technical support available. The contract will include all travel charges, labor, and parts. The performance period is anticipated to be a base year of 365 days, with the potential for four option years.
