Description
The Oregon Department of Corrections (ODOC) is soliciting bids for the replacement of heating boilers and associated systems at the Coffee Creek Correctional Facility (CCCF) in Wilsonville, Oregon. This project involves the demolition of six existing AERCO boilers and the installation of new high-efficiency condensing boilers, pumps, gas piping modifications, venting, electrical work, and Building Automation System (BAS/DDC) integration. The scope of work includes replacing boilers, pumps, modifying gas piping, installing new flues and combustion air intakes, insulating piping, extending the boiler house housekeeping pad, and integrating new controls with the existing Delta system. The project requires adherence to all ODOC security protocols and contractor access procedures, as well as compliance with Oregon Building Code, IMC, and ODOC specifications. Key milestones include a mandatory pre-bid conference on June 25, 2026, and a bid due date of July 23, 2026. Bidders must register through the OregonBuys system and comply with all submission requirements outlined in the Invitation to Bid (ITB).
