Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice to gather information on qualified contractors capable of providing full-service maintenance, inspection, and repair for 158 Stryker stretchers at the Memphis VA Medical Center. The requirement includes parts, labor, and travel for the stretchers, which consist of Gynnie OB/GYN stretchers (model 1061), Prime TC stretchers (model 1460), Eye Surgery stretchers (model 1089), and Prime Zoom electric stretchers (model 1125). The contract is anticipated to be a firm-fixed-price purchase with a base period from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, and three subsequent option years through September 30, 2030. The delivery address is the Memphis VA Medical Center, 116 N. Pauline Street, Memphis, TN 38104.
