Description
The City of Bartlett Parks and Recreation Department is soliciting bids for the resurfacing of eight 78-foot tennis courts and six pickleball courts located at various sites. The project will involve cleaning the courts, repairing cracks and imperfections, applying an acrylic surfacing material, color coats, and regulation lines in accordance with American Sports Builders Association (ASBA) best practices. The scope of work includes proper surface preparation, crack repair and patching, applying one coat of acrylic emulsion resurfacer with sand, followed by two coats of color concentrate with sand. For tennis courts, the color will be competition green. For pickleball courts, the playing area will be competition blue, the kitchen area will be sky blue, and the out-of-bounds areas will be competition green. Two coats of white texture line paint will be applied for regulation court lines. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 18, 2026. Hard copy sets of plans and specifications are available for purchase, or files may be downloaded for free from the online plan room.
