Description
This solicitation is for repairs to various damaged sites on McFarland Road (FS 23) within the Cherokee National Forest, located in Polk County, Tennessee. The project scope includes grading, roadway resurfacing, construction of drain dips, replacement and cleaning of drainage culverts, ditch reconditioning, and slope stabilization repairs. The estimated project cost is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This opportunity is exclusively for certified HUBZone Small Business Concerns. Bid documents are expected to be issued around June 25, 2026, with the bid due date and location to be specified on the SF 1442 form. Interested vendors can access and download all documents directly from the SAM.gov website. Registration as an interested vendor on SAM.gov is required to receive notifications and to be included on the Interested Vendors List.
