Description
A&B Construction is soliciting bids for the construction of two new one-story buildings at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) Whiteville campus. The project involves approximately 2,000 square feet per building, connected by a breezeway, creating a total covered area of approximately 5,000 square feet. Bids will be received until 3:00 PM local time on July 1st, 2026, at Southwest Tennessee Community College, Physical Plant Conference Room, 5896 Resources Drive, Memphis, TN. A pre-bid conference will be held on June 16th, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Whiteville Campus, 1685 Highway 64, Whiteville, TN, in the Conference Room. Hard copies of plans and specifications are available for purchase, or files can be downloaded for free from an online plan room.
