Description
This solicitation is for firm-fixed-price janitorial services for the USDA Forest Service Catahoula Ranger District on the Kisatchie National Forest. The contract will be awarded to one small business vendor. Services are to be performed during business hours (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday), excluding federal holidays. The period of performance is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Services will be provided at two locations: the Catahoula District Office at 5325 LA-8, Bentley, LA 71407, and the Catahoula Work Center located at Work Center Road. The Statement of Work details specific tasks and frequencies for each location, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms and kitchens, trash removal, dusting, and window cleaning. The Forest Service will provide supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, brooms, brushes, vacuums, mops, chemicals, and wax. Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria, considering price and performance relevancy. Vendors must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) account and submit quotes in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Payment will be made via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
