Description
The Arapaho & Roosevelt National Forests, Sulphur Ranger District requires seasonal to year-round cleaning services for multiple vault and flush toilet facilities to support its recreation program. This contract is for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with four one-year option periods. The services include regular cleaning of all groups of facilities, including sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning and sanitizing interior walls, partitions, toilets, sinks, and entrance sidewalks. Specific tasks for Monday and Friday services are detailed, along with standards for cleanliness. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and supplies, with an emphasis on using bio-based products where feasible. Government-furnished property will include toilet paper, paper towels, trash receptacle liners, liquid hand soap with dispensers, and keys. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) set aside for small business concerns. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable quotation with acceptable or neutral past performance. The contract type is anticipated to be a firm-fixed-price requirements contract.
