Description
The Florida Lottery is seeking bids for custodial services for its Pensacola District Office, located at Trade Winds Shopping Center, 6601 North Davis Highway - Suite 54, Pensacola, FL 32504. The office is approximately 3,995 square feet and requires daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual cleaning services. Services include waste removal, vacuuming, floor cleaning and disinfection, surface cleaning, restroom and kitchen sanitation, and deep cleaning of various surfaces. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary supplies, equipment, and labor, including hand sanitizer dispensers and odor neutralizers. Work is expected to be performed during normal business hours, typically between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM CT, Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays, or as otherwise arranged. The contract will have an initial term of three years with two renewal options not to exceed two years and eleven months. The contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder who submits the lowest total price.
