Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice for cleaning and haul away services for all interior sections of the 4th floor of building 606 at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY. The services will be established as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and will be set aside for small businesses, provided at least two qualified small businesses respond with sufficient information. The anticipated NAICS code is 561720 - Janitorial Services, with a business size standard of $22.0 million. The contractor will be responsible for emptying the building of all residual items, including equipment, rugs, furnishings, papers, and personal/business items. Furniture will be moved to a specified storage location, and up to 20 additional desks will be moved from various areas to the same storage location. After the spaces are cleared, the contractor shall sweep and/or vacuum them, leaving the building in good condition. The contractor must provide all necessary dumpsters, deliver and fill them with the building's contents, and remove and replace them as needed. Work will commence upon notification that a section of the building has been vacated and must be completed within two weeks of notification from USMA. The work will take place from the date of award until the end of September 2026. The contractor will perform similar work in other buildings on West Point as occupants move from building 606 to their new locations.
