Description
The USDA Forest Service is soliciting quotes for janitorial services at two locations: the Sam Houston Ranger District Office and the Sam Houston Fire Shop, both located at 394 FM 1375, New Waverly, TX 77358. Services are to be performed during business hours (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays), with vacuuming services to be performed between 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM or 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM to minimize disruption. The scope of work includes cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, maintaining floors, vacuuming carpets and floor mats, collecting and removing trash, general spot cleaning, cleaning drinking fountains and interior glass, dusting, and removing cobwebs. Periodic services include washing and disinfecting trash containers. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside.
