Description
The National Park Service requires the fabrication of fifteen (15) double-sided aluminum wayside exhibit panels, each measuring 36"x24" with a clear powder coat finish and 1/8 inch thickness. These panels are intended for the National Park of American Samoa. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and facilities for the fabrication and audio description of these panels. Production files will be provided upon award, and the contractor must adhere to the graphic layouts and schedules detailed in Attachments A and B. The scope also includes providing an Audio Description Production Plan, an Audio Description diagram, and draft audio description scripts. All deliverables, including digital proofs and the fabricated panels, must be shipped Free On Board (FOB) destination to the National Park of American Samoa in Pago Pago, AS. The period of performance is through December 31, 2026, with a 14-day review and approval period for deliverables. The solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is set aside for small business concerns.
