Description
This is a Sources Sought notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 15 Network Contracting Office, to identify potential qualified sources for interior signage and wayfinding systems at the Robert J. Dole VAMC campus. The project encompasses comprehensive design services, including graphics and wayfinding development, removal of existing signage, procurement of new signage, and installation. The contractor must possess extensive experience in wayfinding design and signage development for substantial healthcare facilities. The VA aims to establish a single-phase service contract to streamline the acquisition process and ensure a cohesive signage system. All work must comply with relevant federal and VA regulations, including ABA, NFPA, and VA Technical Information Library (TIL) standards, and interior signage must match existing VA-approved finishes and sizes for consistency. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision.
