Description
Palm Beach County, through its Department of Airports, is soliciting proposals for an Advertising Concession Agreement at the Palm Beach International Airport. The selected proposer will be responsible for designing, installing, managing, maintaining, and operating an innovative and creative airport advertising program. The agreement will have an initial term of five years with the option for one additional five-year renewal. The scope of work includes developing and managing the airport's advertising concession program, negotiating contracts with advertisers, reporting on marketing activities, monitoring and replacing expired advertising, cleaning, repairing, and maintaining advertising displays, and performing all other management duties to maximize revenue for the airport. The county aims to incorporate new high-quality technology, immerse passengers in the advertising experience, and maximize participation of small and local businesses.
