Description
This solicitation is for the layout, procurement, delivery, and installation of office furniture at Building 487, 2nd Floor, SRF building, U.S. Naval Base Sasebo, Japan. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to fulfill this contract. Deliveries and installations are preferred to be completed within 40 days after the contract award date. The scope includes providing and installing L-shaped desks with under-desk cabinets, cubicle partitions with upper cabinets, lockers, printer wagons, and lateral file cabinets. The contractor must also break down and store existing furniture on provided pallets, remove all trash and debris, and dispose of waste in accordance with Japanese law and local regulations at the contractor's expense. Damaged areas must be restored to their original condition. The government will provide water, electricity, elevator service, forklift service, and a manual pallet jack.
