Description
The Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia, is conducting market research for Shelter-in-Place Security Carts. This is a request for information only, not a solicitation. The requirement is for a one-time purchase of 28 heavy-duty chrome wire security carts (60x24x69"), 28 matching nylon covers (60x24x63"), 28 Master Lock combination padlocks with an optional key override, and 28 Master Lock master keys. These carts will be used to assemble kits containing military-style cots, hygiene kits, folding toilets, long-term storage food, and water, intended to ensure staff basic needs are met during emergencies as part of a 96-hour contingency plan. The contract will be Firm Fixed Priced (FFP), with delivery required within 120 days of award to the VAAugusta Health Care System Warehouse at 1 Freedom Way, Augusta, GA 30904. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 3:30 PM.
