The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) is seeking bids for as-needed office moving, storage services, and freestanding modular systems furniture reconfiguration. The services will be performed within a fifty (50) mile radius of the Authority's regional offices in Sacramento, Fresno, San Jose, and Los Angeles, as well as the California Department of General Services (DGS) Transit Storage Center and State Records Center. The scope of work includes packing, unpacking, transportation, and delivery of office furniture, fixtures, and equipment. It also encompasses the installation, reconfiguration, repair, and disassembly of freestanding modular systems furniture (MSF). Storage services for Authority property, including MSF components, will be provided for up to ninety (90) days in secured facilities. The contract term is from August 1, 2026, or upon contract approval, through July 31, 2029. Bidders must possess a valid Motor Carrier Permit or a license from the California Bureau of Household Goods and Services, as well as a C61/D34 contractor license from the Contractors State License Board. Prevailing wages will apply to this contract.
