Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), specifically the VA Medical Center Manchester Healthcare System in Manchester, NH, is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial waste management and recycling services. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) agreement, with an intended start date of August 1, 2026. The services required include the collection, recycling, and disposal of various waste streams, with a goal to achieve a recycling rate of 55% or greater. The contractor will be responsible for providing compactors and/or dumpsters, developing a recycling plan, conducting waste audits, and managing waste streams efficiently. Services will be required at the Manchester VA Medical Center, as well as the VA Portsmouth CBOC and VA Tilton CBOC.
