Description
This is a request for bids for a new four-year contract for bi-weekly trash removal services at the Hovey Lake Fish & Wildlife Area, located at 2045 Graddy Road, Mount Vernon, Indiana. The contract includes the delivery, setup, and maintenance of one 6-yard dumpster. Services will be billed monthly in arrears. The contract is set to commence on July 1, 2026, or the date of the last State signature, whichever is later, and will end on June 30, 2030, or four years after the State's last signature, whichever is later. The contract may be renewed by mutual consent of both parties, but the total term, including any renewals, cannot exceed four years. Pricing must be inclusive of all applicable charges, fees, and shipping, and quoted prices must be valid for thirty (30) calendar days after the response due date. Bids must be emailed to Nicholas Ramsey at nrramsey@dnr.in.gov or faxed to 317-972-3275, Attn: Nicholas Ramsey. Questions can be emailed to Nicholas Ramsey at nrramsey@dnr.in.gov at least seven (7) days prior to the response due date.
