Description
The New Hampshire Air National Guard is seeking to procure four (4) Wireless Automated Hearing Test Systems (WAHTS) with mobile audiometry headsets. This is a brand-name-only requirement, with the specific brand being WAHTS, due to the need for strict acoustic calibration standards, seamless software integration, and data integrity. Each system must include a mobile headset, a tablet with Wi-Fi/internet capabilities, a calibration output check fixture, micro USB chargers and cables, and a quick-start guide, all housed in a padded, durable, and protective case. The headset and tablet must maintain an 8-hour charge, and the headset requires a tablet for operation. The system must be capable of performing audiometric testing and hearing protector fit testing, with a high attenuation range of 32-40 dB for octave bands from 250-8000 Hz. Hearing tests should take less than 11 minutes, and fit testing less than 6 minutes. The total cost must include shipping, handling, and 12 months of software access. The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside, with quotes due by June 26, 2026.
