Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure cable, residential internet, and commercial high-speed internet services for multiple buildings. The services are to be supplied by Cogeco US Finance, LLC, doing business as Breezeline. This is a sole source solicitation, as the current equipment and service are proprietary and not compatible with other providers, and introducing other vendors would cause excessive cost, delays, and potential program disruption. The services are compatible with existing hardware and represent the minimum government requirements. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price order, with all costs including shipping to Dahlgren, VA, included in the quoted price.
