Description
The Marine Corps Installations Pacific (MCIPAC) Regional Contracting Office (RCO) intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Templar Medical Training Solutions for operational and sustainment advanced trauma medical care training. This training is designed to equip Marine Corps staff with Role 1 and Role 2 medical capabilities, focusing on pre-surgical and surgical lifesaving interventions. The training is scheduled to occur between August 10 and August 27, 2026. This notice serves as a public notification to fulfill Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements and to identify any other responsible sources. While the government's intent is to contract with Templar Medical Training Solutions, other vendors who believe they can meet the requirement are encouraged to submit a Technical Capability Statement. To be considered, vendors must provide official documentation from the United States Marine Corps Training and Education Command (TECOM) proving active approval for Live Tissue Training (LTT) for the Marine Corps. Submissions must include confirmation of schedule alignment (August 10-27, 2026), verifiable proof of TECOM authorization for LTT, and tailored documentation supporting the vendor's specialized experience in pre-surgical and surgical trauma training. All technical capability documents must be submitted via email by 1600 JST on June 18, 2026.
