Description
This solicitation is for the procurement of sliding block chains for the USNS MEDGAR EVERS (T-AKE 13). The required items include UNREP chain, double strand, in accordance with NAVSEA DWG 5363392 REV D, with a hot-dipped finish (Mobilmar 798). The chains are to be double-stranded with a 1602 inch pitch. The solicitation requests 10 drive chains, totaling 1000 feet, along with connecting links and offset links. Certification stating that the chains meet the specifications of NAVSEA DWG 5363392 is required. The delivery date for all items is on or before January 27, 2027, with delivery to MSC Warehouse, Naval Base, Norfolk, VA.
