Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is soliciting proposals for PepperBall LIVE-X and INERT powder projectiles. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332999, All other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The requirement includes 77 units of PepperBall(r) 375ct LIVE-X RND PepperBall(r) LIVE-X(tm) PAVA (OC) Powder Projectiles (Part No: 104_81_0375) and 75 units of PepperBall(r) 375ct INERT(tm) RND PepperBall(r) INERT(tm) Powder Projectiles (Part No: 100_84_0375). Freight charges to Quantico, VA are also requested. Offers will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. Quotes must be submitted via email to Donita.L.Hood@dea.gov by Wednesday, June 17, 2026, before 1:00 p.m. EST.
