Description
The Department of Defense is seeking V-Stars/N Systems and accessories. This requirement is set aside for small businesses and will be solicited as brand name. The solicitation includes various components such as standard laptop computers with specific minimum requirements, external flashes, neutral density filters, software licenses for geometric and surface analysis, a 3-meter carbon fiber scale bar, a 1.3-meter telescoping pole for camera reach, and a wireless kit for image transmission. The evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), considering technical capability, price, delivery, and supplier performance risk.
