Description
The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Physician Assistant (PA-C) services for the Pine Ridge Hospital Outpatient Department. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, with a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price, non-personal services contract with a base period of six weeks, followed by twenty-five 6-week option periods, for a potential total of 36 months of service. Services include direct patient care, women's health, urgent care procedures, patient education, consultation, emergency stabilization, documentation, and compliance with IHS policies and standards. The contractor is responsible for staffing, scheduling, and managing personnel. All proposed providers must hold current, active, and unrestricted NP or PA-C licenses, maintain national certification, and meet IHS credentialing and privileging requirements. A federal background investigation and Tier 2 security clearance are also required prior to service commencement. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Evaluation factors include Price (Pass/Fail), Technical Capability (Pass/Fail), and Past Performance (Pass/Fail). Past performance requires a minimum of three relevant references within the last three years.
