Description
The City of Fayetteville is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for miscellaneous concrete services, including installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance. Work will be assigned on an as-needed basis through task orders issued during the contract term, which may be renewed annually for up to five years. Awards will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) based on unit prices, and the City reserves the right to make multiple awards. The City does not guarantee a minimum amount of work or compensation. Contractors must be capable of responding to routine and expedited work requests within specified timeframes and must provide required documentation, including a letter of bondability, subcontractor information, capacity statement, insurance documentation, licenses, and a W-9.
