Description
The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) is seeking qualified vendors to provide Oracle PeopleSoft Licensed Software and Software Support Services. This RFO is part of a statewide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiative to maintain and support core ERP functions. The contract will cover licensing and support for various Oracle PeopleSoft modules, including Financials, Asset Management, eProcurement, Human Resources, Payroll, and more. The initial contract term is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2030, with options for three additional one-year extensions. Vendors are required to submit offers electronically, and evaluation will be based on past performance, qualifications, experience, compliance with specifications, and cost.
