Description
The City of Charlottesville is soliciting proposals for the provision of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. This program will serve approximately 1,150 benefits-eligible employees and their families, with a historical utilization rate averaging between 4.9% and 6.1%. The successful offeror will be responsible for ensuring all employee and dependent information is handled with strict confidentiality, adhering to all state and federal regulations, including HIPAA.
