Description
This Request for Quote (RFQ) solicits Base Life Support (BLS), logistics, and transportation services to support exercise Palawan Warrior 2026 in Brunei. The period of performance is from August 4, 2026, to August 26, 2026. Services include sanitation and hygiene (portable latrines, showers, hand-washing stations, laundry), waste management (black and gray water removal, trash, HAZMAT), facility support (tentage, lighting, climate control, furniture), logistics and equipment (power generation, water tanks, refrigeration, MHE), and transportation services (interpreters, buses, vans, trucks). The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) award to the most advantageous offer based on price, technical approach, and relevant experience. Offerors must submit a complete quotation including a signed solicitation, completed order form, technical approach, and up to three relevant past experiences. Questions are due by June 16, 2026, and quotes are due by June 18, 2026.
