Description
Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLC PS) requires services for the installation, calibration, and operational testing of a new OEM ProofCert, LLC pull test machine. This equipment is vital for testing weight handling equipment to support ship repair and maintenance. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, equipment, and personnel to complete the installation. This includes operational testing and calibration of the pull test machine, as well as training government personnel on its operation. The government will provide general material handling equipment, operators, a receiving and shipping address, electrical service, miscellaneous hand tools, a rotary hammer drill with vacuum, miscellaneous shims, and hydraulic oil. The contractor will also be responsible for their own transportation, meals, and lodging to and from SRF-JRMC Sasebo Detachment, Japan. The period of performance for this requirement is from September 28, 2026, to October 20, 2026.
