Fitness Equipment Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair Services for Nevada Army National Guard

Description
The Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) is soliciting quotes for inspection, maintenance, and repair services for their current cardiovascular and strength training fitness equipment. These services are required to be performed in accordance with commercial industry standards at various NVARNG facilities located in the greater Las Vegas, Carson City, Reno, and Fallon areas of Nevada. The scope of work includes performing preventive maintenance and repairs on government-owned equipment. The contractor will be responsible for identifying and performing on-the-spot repairs, as well as scheduling repairs that require longer lead times. Any equipment identified as beyond economic repair will be tagged accordingly. The contractor must also provide and install all necessary Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or equivalent replacement parts. Evaluation of quotes will be based on Price, Technical Capability, and Past Performance. Offerors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The solicitation is set aside for Small Businesses.
