Description
The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry, through OMES Central Purchasing, is seeking bids for a one-year service contract for preventative maintenance on an Agilent HPLC-MSMS 6470 Triple Quadrupole Instrument System. The service must be performed on-site at the laboratory in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The contract requires that the service be performed by manufacturer-trained and authorized personnel with current certification for the specific instrument. All parts and supplies must be new OEM parts, except for the rough pump and quad drivers which can be new or rebuilt certified parts. The service includes unlimited on-site visits, telephone support with a guaranteed response time of two hours during business hours, and on-site hardware troubleshooting and repair with a standard response time of no more than two business days. A comprehensive preventative maintenance service is also required, including inspection, cleaning, and specific maintenance for LC Pump, Autosampler, Column, Valve, Detector, Fraction Collector, and Vacuum System components. The vendor must also provide a detailed report on the system's condition and performance after service.
