Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide remanufacture and upgrade services for B-52 Wing Flap Power Drive Units (PDUs). The work involves disassembly, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, re-assembly, testing, and finishing actions to return the units to a like-new condition, in accordance with specified requirements and technical orders. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type, with a 3-year base period and two 1-year option periods, totaling a 5-year contract. The solicitation specifies quantities for the base and option periods for both the actuator and upgrade components.
