Description
This solicitation is for the replacement of flooring in the 8 North Mental Health Unit at the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System. The existing flooring is worn and requires replacement to maintain a safe and functional environment. The scope of work includes removing approximately 3,200 sq. ft. of existing sheet vinyl flooring and flash cove, preparing the area for new flooring, and installing new VA-approved sheet vinyl flooring and a 6-inch flash cove. All seams will be welded, and a distinct color change will be incorporated for the ramp leading to the patient waiting area. The contractor is responsible for supplying all materials and disposing of any generated trash or debris. The performance period for this project is 30 days.
