Description
This solicitation is for a one-year service contract for one Agilent Dual HPLC Analytical Instrument System, including on-site preventative maintenance. The contract will be awarded by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry. The service must be performed by manufacturer-trained and authorized personnel. The bid must include all labor, travel, parts, and supplies needed for service and repairs. Telephone support with a guaranteed response time of no more than two hours during business hours (CST 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) is required. On-site hardware troubleshooting and repair must have a standard response time of no more than two business days following the identification of the need for on-site services. All parts provided must be new OEM parts or fully certified rebuilt OEM parts with the same warranty as new parts. The service contract includes one comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) per year for the entire system, equivalent to Agilent's standard PM Checklist. Service personnel must follow all laboratory safety rules and OSHA guidelines, and provide a checklist or detailed listing of all service work performed. The service personnel must also demonstrate and document that the instrument is operating properly after service work is completed.
