Description
The Anadarko Agency requires assistance with the temporary relocation, protection, and restoration of office furniture, equipment, and cubicle systems to enable the repair of an existing sewer line. This project involves clearing all items from designated work areas, including furniture, equipment, boxes, file cabinets, and cubicles, and relocating them to specified storage/staging areas within the building. The scope of work also includes the disassembly of 10 cubicles, disconnection of electrical power, and labeling of components for reinstallation. After the sewer line repairs are completed, the contractor will be responsible for reinstalling the cubicles in their original layout, reconnecting electrical and data lines, and returning all furniture and equipment to their original locations. The work area must be cleared to allow for the construction contractor to cut a 2-foot-wide trench for sewer line repair. All work must comply with federal safety requirements, including OSHA regulations, and electrical work must be performed by a qualified technician. The project schedule requires coordination with the sewer repair contractor and the Anadarko Agency, with all relocation activities to be completed before demolition and trenching begin.
