Description
The Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) requires proprietary software and licensing agreements from Layered Solutions to support its mass notification system for the 2026-2027 period. Layered Solutions Inc. (LSI) is the sole manufacturer and support provider for the LSI software and mass notification system, which is fully integrated with FSDB's current system. LSI is also the exclusive provider of the proprietary Media Controller (LSI-H65205) device used for digital signage within the system. All software support and training are provided by LSI, and no other source can provide the necessary software and system components currently in use at FSDB. This is a single-source procurement notice, not a competitive solicitation. The estimated dollar amount for this procurement is not to exceed $240,000.00. Vendors who believe they can fulfill this procurement should provide information regarding their capabilities to the listed primary contact within the 15-business day advertisement period.
