Description
This is a competitive Request for Quote (RFQ) for fire bottle servicing, including inspection, maintenance, repair, and hydrostatic testing for up to 120 Halon wheeled fire extinguishers at Eglin AFB, Florida. The services will be performed in phases, starting with a test batch of approximately ten extinguishers. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation. Deliverables include a test batch summary report, inspection reports, hydrostatic test certifications, maintenance and repair records, and updated service tags. The period of performance is estimated to be within 30 days of award, with work coordinated with the government. The contractor's facility will be the primary place of performance, with delivery and pick-up at Eglin AFB.
