Description
NASA/NSSC requires a Total Organic Carbon Analyzer. The procurement is intended to be a sole source contract with SHIMADZU SCIENTIFIC INSTRUMENTS, INC., as they are identified as the sole provider of this specific analyzer. The analyzer must meet the following specifications and include the listed components and reagents: TOC-LCSH, LabSolutions TOC Version (SCJ), 100-115V Power Cord for HPLC Modules, Carrier Gas Pressure Regulator Valve for TOC-L, Phosphoric Acid reagent, Sodium Carbonate reagent, Absorber w/ Sodaslime Disposable TOC, Air Piping Set (20 meters), Hydrochloric Acid reagent, Sodium Bicarbonate reagent, KHP-Potassium Hydrogen Phthalate reagent, Certified Water (TOC Certified, Guar<100ppb, 1L), USB Cable for Connecting TOC-L to Computer, Standard Dell Computer (includes Microsoft Office/mouse/keyboard), Dell widescreen 24" monitor, LabSolutions TOC DB license (10-year validity), LabSolutions TOC DB software (includes disk and Manager DB), ASI-L for 9 or 40mL, 40mL Rack Set for ASI-L, Vials (ASI, 140-40C/EP/TS, S, 40mL VOA Type w/ Caps & Septa, 72/pk), Regulator Gas for Air, Consumable Kit for TOC-LC*H, Tier 2 Installation and Customer Familiarization, 1 Year Warranty, and TOC-L Virtual Advisor with 24/7 Interactive On-line Support. A Three Year (36 month) Value Plan Service Agreement is also required. Performance and delivery are expected at NASA's Kennedy Space Center, Merritt Island, FL 32899, specifically in Operations & Checkout Building (M7-0355) room 2211. The delivery deadline is June 30th.
