Description
Douglas County and the City of Omaha are seeking bids for asphalt mixes, including hot mix and cold patch materials. The solicitation requires a bid bond, which can be a surety bond from a licensed Nebraska company or a certified check, official bank check, cashier's check, or U.S. Government Bond. Letters of credit are not acceptable substitutes. The original bid bond must be received by the City Clerk within seven calendar days of the closing date.
