Description
This solicitation is for paving services on St. Felix Street, located between Sloan and Washington streets. The project scope includes milling the existing asphalt surface and removing and replacing the concrete curb and gutter with new concrete paving. Submissions are due by 2:00 PM on July 14, 2026. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 15, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Campus Operation, 501 N Neblett, Stephenville, TX, Room 129. A Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Subcontracting Plan is required.
