Description
The City of Billings is seeking bids for W.O. 27-03: Contract 1 - Pavement Preservation. This project includes milling and overlay work on several specified roads, including Poly Dr, Monad Road, 24th St W, High Sierra Blvd, Fantan St, Gleneagles Blvd, Siesta Ave, and Wicks Ln. Additionally, the project involves pavement patching in preparation for scrub sealing on Lewis Ave and 19th St W, the Amend Park Commercial Area, the Holiday Ave Commercial Area, and the Enterprise Ave Commercial Area. Crack sealing and chip sealing will also be performed in select locations within the Lampman Subdivision. The scope also includes sidewalk, curb, and ADA improvements at various intersections and locations throughout Billings. Digital project bidding documents are available for download from QuestCDN (Project #10207245) for a fee, and can also be examined for free on QuestCDN and montanabid.com. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 1:30 P.M. Contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry. All laborers and mechanics must be paid wages in accordance with Yellowstone County and Montana state laws, and contractors must adhere to non-discrimination policies.
