Description
The County of Moore is soliciting informal bids for a paving project. The project scope includes repair, removal, replacement, and grading of asphalt according to NCDOT specifications. The work will be performed at 206 S. Ray Street, Carthage, NC, and will require surface preparation, adherence to weather limitations, proper heating and application of bituminous material, and preparation and application of cover aggregate. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining the surface for three days after application and for traffic control. Bids must include all labor, equipment, materials, and traffic control. All goods supplied must be new and of average quality, with the manufacturer's most favorable commercial warranty. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
