Description
The City of Wood Dale is soliciting sealed bids for the FY2027 Roadway Program. This project involves the resurfacing and rehabilitation of approximately 1.00 mile of local roadways within the Sherwood Forest subdivision. Key work items include pavement surface removal, patching, hot-mix asphalt paving, pipe drain and storm sewer installation, utility structure adjustments, ADA improvements, intermittent combination concrete curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk replacement, thermoplastic pavement markings, traffic control and protection, and final restoration. Digital bidding documents are available through Quest Construction Data Network at www.questcdn.com for a fee of $22.00. Paper copies are not available. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities.
