Description
The City of Allen is soliciting proposals for a qualified and experienced service vendor to provide comprehensive food and beverage concession operations for all public-facing events held at the Credit Union of Texas Event Center (CUTXEC). This includes managing all aspects of concession services to ensure a high-quality experience for event attendees. Key activities will involve the full spectrum of food and beverage provision. Interested parties must demonstrate significant experience in venue operations and concession management. The solicitation also requires bidders to submit several documents, including a Certificate of Insurance, Affidavit of No Prohibited Interest, Conflict of Interest form, Bidders Qualification Statement, Supplemental Information, and the RFP Response Packet.
