Description
The U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), is seeking a contractor to provide individualized legal services for the Legal Access Services for Reunified Families (LASRF) Program. These services will complement the group orientations and workshops provided by EOIR. The contractor will be responsible for delivering legal advice and assistance with document preparation for immigration-related legal documents, including applications for re-parole, employment authorization, asylum, T visas, U visas, VAWA, naturalization, special immigrant juvenile status, adjustment of status, and change of venue/address filings. The contract will have a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. Services will be provided from eight regional offices across the United States, with the option for the contractor to propose their own locations. Services can also be provided via remote technology. The contractor will also be responsible for pro bono matching and mentorship for volunteer legal representatives.
