Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 8,161 to 8,405 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet of office space in South Portland, Maine. The delineated area for the lease is bounded by Gorham Road to the north, John Roberts Road to the south, Philbrook Avenue to the east, and Clarks Pond Parkway to the west. The lease requires a fully serviced space and must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. The offered space shall not be in a 1-percent annual chance floodplain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The lease will have a firm term of 5 years with an option for one 5-year renewal, for a total potential term of 10 years.
